Nice flat in Barcelona

It is located in the heart of “el Borne”, the most exclusive part of Gothic Neighborhood (Allada Vermell St. nº10) Only 2mins walking to “Las ramblas”, Picasso Museum, Cathedral, City Hall, Palau de la Musica, Plaza Catalunya, Arc del Triumph, etc ….. 2 Metro stations are only 2mins walking (“Jaume I”-yellow line- and “Arc de Triomf”-red line-). From there you can reach any other hot spot in town (Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, Forum, FIRA, Central Sants Station, etc). Train station “Estacion de Francia” is 3 minutes walking away. Direct train to Airport available from there. Bus station “Estacion del Nord” (for people coming from Girona Airport) is 4 min walking away. Also the beach is quite close, you can reach “Barceloneta” within just 5 minutes walking. This is the most famous beach in town. The apartment is very nice, it was fully renovated three years ago. All exterior and sunny, with a cute balcony facing a nice and relaxed square, located in a restored year 1890 building, that is why there is no elevator in the building. The street is the most beautifull in the area, only for pedestrians (no cars), full of trees, palms, bars with relaxed terraces, Spanish pubs, etc. The inside is studio kind. There’s a double bed and also a big double sofa bed. It is fully equipped (tv, dvd, washer, toaster, microwave, cooking elements, blankets, fans, heaters, etc) and has a WiFi connection. Bathroom and kitchen are in perfect condition.
