I'd like to invite you to a very long journey, from the Greece to the Far East...
The menu is composed by four courses; it changes weekly on the basis of the season, the market availabilities and the inspiration, allowing to trace a different route in every dinner.
There will be always a starter, a first course with homemade pasta, noodles or rice, a main course with meat or fish and a dessert.
An example of the dishes you could find in the menu:
- Tarallucci cream with zucchini, red hot chili pepper powder, squid spaghetti with black sesame and soy sauce.
- Basmati rice with banana blossoms curry, coconut milk, prawns, cashew, sweet potatoes, red onions fresh cilanter and lime
- Pork sirloin marinated with mediterranean herbs and oyster sauce, slow cooked and garnished with wild sprouts and mango chutney
- Seasonal fresh local fruit marinated with Protos Ribera del Duero reserva, Ceylon black tea and topped with homemade cream and brown sugar
The combination of local products, oriental spices and different cooking methods symbolizes the interaction between many different cultures.
Each plate is served paired with wine.
