Before confirming any reservation, the renter has to sign our Rental Agreement. This agreement offers you protection in both of these circumstances, injury or damage. As the lister, you are never responsible if the renter gets injured while on a ride. Still, do us all a solid and always make sure your ride is tuned up for a safe ride!
