I stayed in The Garden Apartment for three months (June, July and August 2015). It was indeed my home away from home. I could not have asked for anything more. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped. If I had any needs, they were catered for immediately and cheerfully by Mary Lee and her wonderful staff, Wayan and Made. Mary Lee went out of her way to make me welcome and keep me informed about Ubud. Everything is withing walking distance (about 15 minutes to Jalan Raya). There are some great and reasonably priced restaurants at the end of the road, Iman Spa across the road and the best driver in Ubud (Made Rai) next door. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Stephen for making my stay so special.

I came to Ubud for one month to follow a course Yoga Teacher and I was so lucky to stay in the most beautiful and peaceful apartment of Stephen. Between the rice paddies, with the most romantic bathroom , outdoor kitchenette and a nice garden with beautiful flowers. Stephen and her staff are such warm people and always helpful. Every day after my course I was always so happy to return to my peaceful stay to relax and enjoy the privacy. Thank you Stephen
