Our 4-hour market tour and cooking class begins with discovering the small streets and squares around and their secrets, continuing with a guided walk around the markets. We talk about local culinary customs and how to pick the best local and seasonal produce before heading back to our apartment to begin cooking.
We tailor our class menus to our guests´ experience and interests; want to keep it simple? Or avoid certain foods? No problem. Want to learn more about seafood? Or try out some cool plating techniques? We can do that. No matter what direction we choose together, we always have a great time in the kitchen and finish the class sitting down to enjoy the fruits of our labor with local wines, cheeses and cured meats on our beautiful rooftop terrace
