The apartment is very nice, it was fully renovated three years ago. All exterior and sunny, with a cute balcony facing a nice and relaxed square, located in a restored year 1890 building, that is why there is no elevator in the building. The street is the most beautifull in the area, only for pedestrians (no cars), full of trees, palms, bars with relaxed terraces, Spanish pubs, etc.
The inside is studio kind. There’s a double bed and also a big double sofa bed.
It is fully equipped (tv, dvd, washer, toaster, microwave, cooking elements, blankets, fans, heaters, etc) and has a WiFi connection.
Bathroom and kitchen are in perfect condition.
